RM6000 Series control system for looping embroidery machine is a three-dimensional multi craft embroidery. The control system completes the chain-stitch/looping embroidery of various patterns via the computerized control system consisting of 6~7 axles, i.e. spindle M-shaft, frame XY-shaft, needle direction D-shaft, Looping H-shaft, tension release S-shaft and color change T-shaft. The machine with this control system could make those products of attractive & diversified pattern, strong three-dimensional effect and clear edge on garment, leather shoes, hats and other fabrics. The control system is embedded with a variety of high precision machining technologies, including: tracking and control of frame motion trajectories, synthetic display management and pre-processing of patterns, coordination control for multi-information fusion of system, optimal driving of various mechanical components, and dispatch of integrated management & control etc.
