The computerized control system of the pattern sewing machine consists of one 750 W spindle motor and its drive, type 86 frame stepper motors and their closed-loop drive, main control box, operation box, needle bar positioning detector, set switch & pedal detector, PFID module, and laser cutter (optional), etc. The grid power input is converted into various working voltage inside the control system to realize the automatic sewing of patterns. These sewing actions include: variable speed operation and positioning start & stop of the spindle, tracking and control of frame motion trajectories, synthetic display management and pre-processing of patterns, optimal driving of various mechanical components, and dispatch of integrated management & control,etc. Finally, the control system can realize the efficient and perfect sewing of various patterns.
